Our roses are budded onto fortuneana root stock which is the strongest, most productive root stock in the world.Melville Nurseries was founded in 1977 by the Melville family. The Melvilles are now third generation rose growers, with over 40 years experience in the industry. Bob Melville is a winner of the T.A. Stewart Memorial Award and the Australian Rose Award in recognition of his contribution to the rose.
He is a well sought after judge of all varieties. Melville Nurseries are importers of new varieties from all over the world and they are proud winners of Perth's Premium Flower and Garden Show.
